Protective Coatings

APF produces a wide range of specialized floor coatings with many performance options to meet specific job requirements. Coating systems based on epoxy and polyurethane chemistry provide permanent substrate adhesion, chemical and wear resistance along with easy soil release. Available in many attractive colors, these systems range from 6-20 mils in thickness.

Our Protective Coatings Systems

	APF Aircraft Hangar System This flooring system consists of a primer coat, intermediate build coat and a finish coat. Total dry film thickness shall be 10-12 mils. View Specification Application Instructions
	APF Vehicle Maintenance System This flooring system consists of a primer coat, optional intermediate build coat and a finish coat. Total dry film thickness shall be 6-12 mils. View Specification Application Instructions
	APF Wall Coating System Our wall coating system consists of build coats of 100% solids Epoxy 400 Wall Coating and a finish coat of Polyurethane 100 or Polyurethane 501. View Specification Application Instructions
	APF Thin Film System Thin film coating systems are usually 2-coat epoxy systems or an epoxy primer and 1 or 2 coats of aliphatic polyurethane. Finished thickness of these systems is 4-20 mils and they are normally applied by roller or airless spray. View Specification Application Instructions
